Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and maintaining code quality standards.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong understanding of production planning processes and discrete manufacturing workflows.
- Experience in customizing and enhancing SAP modules to meet specific business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to production planning and control systems.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP PP and other enterprise systems.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at client onsite locations within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
