As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and perform efficiently. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative approaches and continuous enhancement of software functionalities, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Maintain and update existing software components to improve performance and user experience.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern web development principles.
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side scripting.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry standards.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Knowledge of integrating front-end components with back-end services and APIs.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
