Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development tasks with problem-solving activities to enhance application efficiency and user experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Assist in documenting technical specifications and application workflows to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices and development standards.
- Continuously monitor application performance and suggest improvements to optimize functionality and user satisfaction.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to configure and customize Salesforce applications to meet complex business requirements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues within Salesforce environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Industries Communications Cloud.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
