As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring software applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The position demands continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to align the software design with organizational goals, while also adapting to evolving project demands and technical challenges throughout the day.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Applications Development, Python (Programming Language), SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong expertise in writing efficient and optimized database queries and stored procedures.
- Experience in debugging and troubleshooting complex database and application issues.
- Ability to design and implement database objects such as triggers, functions, and packages.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization techniques for database applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Oracle Procedural Language Extensions to SQL (PLSQL).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
