Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. The role requires working within dynamic project environments, applying modern development frameworks, and following agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives and continuous improvement of software performance are integral parts of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP Master Data Governance solutions to meet business requirements.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles and master data management processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within SAP MDG environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP MDG and other enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
