As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The lead actively shapes the project s direction to align with organizational goals, fostering an environment where quality, scalability, and performance are prioritized. Collaboration and decision-making are central to the daily routine, as the lead balances multiple priorities to deliver effective software solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team productivity.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address any technical challenges or risks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with back-end development using Java-based frameworks and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with database design and management, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to implement scalable and maintainable code architectures.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
