In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and maintainability.
- Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong expertise in data integration, transformation, and migration techniques within enterprise environments.
- Experience in designing scalable and high-performance data workflows and pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and version control systems.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on delivering business-aligned technical solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
