Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting development standards and maintaining high levels of code quality, scalability, and system performance. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development best practices and coding standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to align technical efforts with business priorities.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Experience in software architecture design and implementation within complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Skilled in leading technical teams and managing collaborative development efforts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our BDC11 - SEZ office.
