Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software development, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands continuous alignment of development practices with overarching business goals, ensuring that solutions are robust, scalable, and maintain high performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders and managing multiple priorities to drive successful project outcomes are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Generative AI, Agent Development, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong expertise in software architecture design and implementation.
- Experience in ensuring software scalability and performance optimization.
- Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively.
- Familiarity with best practices in code quality assurance and version control.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
