As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding and mentoring teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project progress, coordinating with various stakeholders, and fostering an environment that supports innovation and high-quality deliverables. The lead continuously evaluates the scalability and performance of solutions to align with evolving business needs while maintaining a collaborative and productive team atmosphere.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance development processes and team efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
