Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and delivery, ensuring that development practices meet established standards. The position demands a focus on maintaining high levels of code quality, scalability, and system performance, all while aligning technical efforts with broader business goals. Collaboration and leadership are central, as the role involves coordinating multiple stakeholders to drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to align technical strategies with business needs.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AWS Architecture, AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with AI & Data Solution Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure design principles and best practices within AWS environments.
- Experience in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software architectures.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex architectural challenges and providing innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in AWS Architecture.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
