As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. - Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and technical expertise.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and business requirements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns related to enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in managing and optimizing sales and distribution processes within SAP environments.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP SD and other SAP modules or third-party systems.
- Skilled in performance tuning and troubleshooting within SAP Sales and Distribution landscapes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
