In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves steering the technical vision and architectural framework for bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve software architecture and development processes.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to maintain delivery schedules.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Google Cloud Platform Architecture, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of software design principles and architectural patterns.
- Experience in developing scalable and high-performance software solutions.
- Ability to conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration practices.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
