Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position demands ensuring that development practices meet high standards of quality, scalability, and performance, all while aligning with the strategic goals of the business. Collaboration with various stakeholders and continuous evaluation of technical solutions are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Node.js.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and state management in modern web applications.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability in complex software systems.
- Familiarity with front-end build tools and testing frameworks to maintain robust codebases.
- Ability to integrate front-end components with backend services and APIs effectively.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in React.js.
- This position is based at the client onsite location within India.
