In the role of Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of technical strategies to meet project objectives.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment and timely delivery of software solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable solutions.
- Experience in setting and enforcing coding standards and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to lead technical design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Familiarity with performance optimization techniques and troubleshooting complex software issues.

Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure SAP IBP Order-Based Planning, covering Response and Supply.
Design and optimize supply planning processes using heuristics and/or optimizer solutions.
Manage IBP master data, planning models, and integration with SAP S/4HANA/ECC.
Analyze and resolve supply planning and order fulfillment issues.
Lead business workshops, testing, and user training activities.
Drive continuous improvement and adoption of SAP IBP capabilities within the OBP space

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
