Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software meets high benchmarks for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect, along with continuous monitoring and refinement of processes to drive successful project outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns relevant to enterprise solutions.
- Experience in managing and optimizing software development processes to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to analyze complex technical challenges and develop scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect SAP modules with other enterprise systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our KDC1A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
