Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The position demands continuous alignment of technical solutions with organizational goals, fostering collaboration among team members, and driving the delivery of scalable and efficient software products that support business needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and team productivity.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in production planning processes and discrete manufacturing environments.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively.
- Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring code quality across projects.
- Familiarity with integration of SAP modules and custom software solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
