Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of bespoke software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with mentoring team members and resolving complex challenges that arise during project execution.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the planning and execution of software development projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to address any deviations from planned outcomes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Software Asset Management, ServiceNow SAM Pro Integrations Specialist.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and best practices for scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex software development projects.
- Ability to design and enforce coding standards and quality assurance processes.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
