As a Data&AI Strategist, you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.

Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.

Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.

Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.

Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Experience in Data Strategy, with exposure to AI Strategy considered a strong advantage.

Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to leverage technology to address complex business challenges.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in managing senior stakeholders
Good understanding of financial statements, including the ability to read and interpret balance sheets.
Fluency in French or Dutch, along with professional proficiency in English.
