Summary:
As a Data Migration Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive planning and execution of data migration activities to guarantee that data is transferred accurately and completely. This role requires coordinating multiple teams to align efforts, defining the migration strategy and controls, and proactively managing potential risks. The position demands continuous monitoring of progress to ensure a seamless and dependable transition of data into the target system, while fostering collaboration and communication among stakeholders to address challenges and maintain project momentum.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Develop and implement best practices for data migration processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous improvement and skill development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience with data integration and ETL processes related to cloud-based data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
- Ability to design and implement data migration strategies that minimize downtime and data loss.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline migration workflows.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address complex data migration challenges.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
