Summary:
As a Data Modeler, your day involves collaborating closely with various stakeholders including business representatives, data owners, end users, application designers, and data architects. You will engage in understanding existing data structures and designing new data models that align with business needs. This role requires continuous interaction to gather requirements, analyze data flows, and ensure that data models support efficient data management and application development. Your work will be pivotal in shaping how data is organized and utilized across projects, fostering seamless integration and accessibility for diverse teams.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data models meet business and technical requirements.
- Document data modeling standards and best practices to support consistency across projects.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in data modeling tasks.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing data models to enhance performance and scalability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- Experience in designing and implementing data models that support complex business processes.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and data integration techniques.
- Ability to work with large datasets and optimize data structures for performance.
- Familiarity with data governance principles and ensuring data quality throughout the modeling process.
- Skilled in collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into effective data models.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
