→Structured troubleshooting across the database, pipeline, and cloud layers, with clear root cause analysis
→Secure-by-default engineering mindset covering least privilege, credential rotation, and auditability
→Comfortable working independently in an Agile delivery model, including estimation and progress tracking
→Clear written and verbal communication with both technical and business stakeholders
→Documentation discipline across runbooks, design notes, and handover material
→Collaborative approach to peer review, pairing, and knowledge sharing within the team
