Summary:
As a Data Science Practitioner, you will engage in the formulation, design, and delivery of AI and machine learning-based decision-making frameworks and models aimed at achieving significant business outcomes. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to measure and justify the value of AI and machine learning solutions, ensuring that they align with organizational goals and drive impactful results. You will also be responsible for analyzing complex data sets, deriving insights, and presenting findings to stakeholders, thereby influencing strategic decisions and fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Develop and implement best practices for data analysis and model development to ensure high-quality outputs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
