Summary:
In the role of Database Administrator, a typical day involves designing, implementing, and maintaining robust database systems to support organizational needs. Collaboration with various teams to align database solutions with business requirements is a key aspect, alongside continuous monitoring and tuning of database environments to enhance efficiency and reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices in database management to ensure security and compliance.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align database strategies with organizational goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Experience in database installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of database performance tuning and optimization techniques.
- Ability to develop and implement backup and recovery strategies.
- Familiarity with database security protocols and data integrity measures.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex database issues.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
