RESPONSIBILITIES: • Annual Planning Process, Demand Management and Performance Consulting • Client Acquisition Process • Program management – Responsible for all activities related to the client’s talent strategy in collaboration with the client sponsor • Program management – Responsible for all activities related to the client’s training strategy in collaboration with the client sponsor • Capability Development Operations strategic goals and business targets OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Rotation Project Rest Day: Rotation Project/Team Location: Muntinlupa, Filinvest Axis Tower 1

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• At least 5+ years’ experience managing training/training management, i.e., training lead running training operations, managing training from new hires to foundation, process training, continuous improvement (door-to floor training management and solutions)
• At least 5 years’ solid experience in general insurance
• At least 5 years supervisory experience
• Contact center experience is required; insurance contact center is preferred, NOT required
• With excellent comms skills and stakeholder management experience
