Whether you're measuring sales performance, analyzing trends, data mining, or optimizing SQL queries, the Analyst will be working with the cutting-edge technology and big datasets. ACCOUNTABILITIES Answerable/Liable for success Business operations support to Services/ Markets including • Provide end-to-end sales and pricing effectiveness and analytics services. Partner with teams around the world to deliver insights, improve acumen and win profitable deals. • Data Visualization • Reporting & Analytics • Driving adoption of Standard Accenture tools • Working in an agile way – on demand change request, real time support for ad hoc reporting requests RESPONSIBILITIES Tasks, functions, deliverables Performed • Act as a business partner to provide analytics and reporting to Market/ Service Leads to help them run their portfolios, understand key performance metrics and drive performance improvements • Provide analysis for programs jointly as needed that include pipeline improvement, win/loss, account planning, profitability improvement analysis. • Use latest analytics and data visualization tools such as Power BI, for effective data representation to provide insights to business • Identify process improvement opportunities to develop effective business solutions • Develop process documentation, communications, and reports required to support leadership • Manage SharePoint sites, handle individual reporting (e.g., gather data, track metrics, and assemble status reports) • Foster relationships and partner with internal teams, and external business functions to deliver business results • Work with different stakeholders to gain input needed to drive key business discussions /outcomes • Build functional and technical skills foundation • Participate and contribute to regular team discussions and process improvement initiatives • Take responsibility for personal skill development and career management OTHERS: Project Shift Schedule: Morning Shift Project Rest Day: Weekends Off Project/Team Location: Mandaluyong, Robinsons Cybergate Tower 2

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: • Open to fresh graduates with ComSci/IT/Math/Stat-related courses • For candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience should be open to all courses • Intermediate+ level in MS Excel with knowledge in VBA and macros for data cleansing • Intermediate+ level in database management, such as MS Access or SQL is good to have • Intermediate+ level in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI or anything similar • Excellent client management and project management skills is good to have • Excellent presentation and communication skills are required
