Desenvolver soluções low code com Flow Designer, App Engine Studio e Service Catalog
Construir e personalizar interfaces no Service Portal: widgets, temas e layouts responsivos
Integrar ServiceNow com infraestrutura em nuvem (Azure, AWS, GCP) e ferramentas externas via APIs
Colaborar com arquitetos e analistas na definição de soluções escaláveis
Participar de sprints e cerimônias ágeis com times multidisciplinares
Documentar soluções e oferecer suporte técnico
Contribuir com boas práticas de desenvolvimento e revisão de código

Ensino superior completo ou em andamento em Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas
Experiência prática com ServiceNow: workflows, scripts, UI Policies, Client Scripts e integrações - Excluyente
Domínio de JavaScript para desenvolvimento na plataforma
Conhecimento em desenvolvimento low code com Flow Designer, App Engine Studio e Service Catalog
Experiência com Glide API, IntegrationHub e Scripted REST APIs
Experiência com Service Portal: desenvolvimento de widgets, personalização de temas e interfaces responsivas
Integração com infraestrutura em nuvem (Azure, AWS, GCP) e ferramentas externas via APIs
Bons conhecimentos em Java e/ou Python para automações e microsserviços
Familiaridade com arquitetura de soluções e capacidade de colaborar com arquitetos e analistas
Noções de UX/UI para construção de interfaces funcionais e intuitivas
Inglês técnico: leitura, documentação e participação em reuniões
Atuação em times ágeis (Scrum/Kanban) e ferramentas como Jira Desejável

Certificações ServiceNow CSA e/ou CAD Desejável
Experiência com App Engine Studio e soluções customizadas no Creator Workflows Desejável
Vivência com arquitetura escalável e governança de plataforma
