Work across engineering specializations; including manufacturing, electrical or mechanical engineering, structural and stress design, qualification, configuration, and technical management. Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating and implementing technical solutions that address complex challenges and support organizational goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The position also involves managing project resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of engineering and construction projects while maintaining quality and cost standards. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring seamless integration of diverse engineering activities to meet business objectives.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project timelines and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of engineering solutions.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business priorities.
- Mentor and support junior engineers to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Functional Test Planning, Network Testing.
- Strong knowledge of wireless communication protocols and network architecture.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues in 5G environments.
- Experience with performance optimization and capacity planning for wireless networks.
- Familiarity with network simulation and modeling tools relevant to 5G technologies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
