Summary:
In the role of Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers focused on creating technical solutions that address complex challenges and support business goals. This position requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The role includes overseeing project timelines, quality standards, and cost management while mobilizing resources to ensure successful delivery of engineering and construction initiatives. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, ensuring alignment and effective execution throughout the project lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts.
- Mentor and support team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automotive Technical Publication.
- Strong knowledge of engineering documentation standards and best practices.
- Experience in managing technical content related to manufacturing, electrical, and mechanical engineering.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical information clearly and accurately.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical project coordination.
- Skilled in collaborating with multidisciplinary engineering teams to produce cohesive technical publications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automotive Technical Publication.
- This position is based at our BDC4U - NON-STPI location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
