Assemble resources to deliver engineering or construction projects.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of engineers in creating and implementing technical solutions that address complex engineering challenges and support business goals. This role requires coordinating efforts across various engineering disciplines such as manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, structural, and stress design. The position also involves managing project resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering or construction projects while balancing cost considerations. Collaboration with multiple teams and stakeholders is essential to align objectives and drive successful project outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee project planning and resource allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Continuously evaluate engineering processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles across manufacturing, electrical, mechanical, and structural domains.
- Experience in project management and resource coordination within engineering projects.
- Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage diverse engineering teams.
- Familiarity with configuration management and technical documentation standards.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- This position is based at our PDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
