Project Role Description : Assist with end-to-end engineering services to develop technical engineering solutions to solve problems and achieve business objectives. Solve engineering problems and achieve business objectives using scientific, socio-economic, technical knowledge and practical experience. Work across structural and stress design, qualification, configuration and technical management.

Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the development of technical engineering solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to address engineering challenges, utilizing your knowledge and experience to devise effective strategies. You will also participate in discussions aimed at enhancing project outcomes, ensuring that the solutions align with business objectives while considering both technical and socio-economic factors. Your role will require you to navigate through various aspects of engineering, including structural and stress design, qualification, and technical management, all while maintaining a focus on problem-solving and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of engineering solutions that meet project specifications and requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aerospace & Defense (A&D).
- Strong analytical skills to assess engineering problems and develop effective solutions.
- Experience with structural and stress design methodologies.
- Familiarity with qualification processes and technical management practices.
- Ability to apply scientific and socio-economic knowledge in engineering contexts.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Aerospace & Defense (A&D).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
