Summary:
As an Engineering Services Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting comprehensive engineering activities aimed at delivering effective technical solutions. The work spans various aspects including structural and stress design, qualification processes, configuration management, and technical oversight. - Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of engineering solutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation and technical records to support project traceability and compliance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Aircraft Structural Analysis.
- Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and stress analysis principles.
- Experience with finite element analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to interpret and apply engineering standards and regulations.
- Competence in preparing technical reports and documentation.
- Familiarity with configuration management and qualification processes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Aircraft Structural Analysis.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
