Enterprise AI Value Strategy Consultant

As an Enterprise AI Value Strategist, join our Global AI & Data Strategy Consulting team, specialized in Supply Chain & Engineering (SC&E), you advise clients on how to create and capture value from AI and data. You define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translate complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

• →Shape vision and create opportunities for data & AI led business reinvention.
• →Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.
• →Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.
• →Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.
• →Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.
• →Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• →Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

• Demonstratable AI & Data experience — including solutioning, designing, or delivering AI & Data projects
• High-value consulting experience, including large-scale delivery with minimal oversight and proven ability to lead workstreams and meet deadlines or relevant industry / functional experience
• Experience in managing senior stakeholders
• Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems
• Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills
• Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to originate and shape new deals and lead go-to-market activities
• Excellent leadership and people skills: proven ability to build effective teams, foster collaboration and inclusion, and build strong relationships with stakeholders / clients
• Modern AI capabilities:
  • • Understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.
    • Experience or exposure to LLMs, RAG, Semantic Search and AI-powered applications.
    • Ability to identify and prioritize AI use cases based on business value and feasibility.
    • Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI and enterprise adoption considerations.
    • Experience designing, developing or supporting AI solutions from experimentation to production.
    • Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization concepts is a plus.
• Technical skills: Python, SQL, SAP, Spark, Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure (AI), Neo4j, MLflow, Airflow, LangChain/Semantic Kernel
• Applicants must be fluent in Spanish & English, both written and spoken.
• Bachelor’s in Business, Engineering, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
