As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves delivering expert consulting services to organizations undergoing complex enterprise transformations that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes advising clients on selecting appropriate platforms, optimizing technology costs, and identifying value levers to enhance business outcomes. Additionally, the advisor develops and implements advanced technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that solutions align with strategic goals and drive innovation across the enterprise landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with stakeholders to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of technology platforms and processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle EPM Data Integration.
- Strong expertise in enterprise platform advisory and transformation strategies.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value lever identification.
- Ability to develop and implement industry- and function-specific technology assets.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven problem-solving skills to address complex challenges across multiple technology platforms.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Oracle EPM Data Integration.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
