As an Enterprise Platform Advisor, a typical day involves engaging with diverse stakeholders to provide expert consulting on intricate enterprise transformation initiatives that span multiple technology platforms. The role includes evaluating various platform options, identifying opportunities to optimize technology expenditures, and uncovering value drivers that align with business objectives. Additionally, the advisor develops and deploys cutting-edge technology solutions tailored to specific industries or business functions, ensuring that the enterprise remains competitive and agile in a rapidly evolving technological landscape. Collaboration and strategic thinking are central to navigating complex challenges and delivering impactful outcomes.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions to align technology platforms with business goals and industry trends.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration and adoption of technology solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Life Sciences Industry.
- Strong understanding of enterprise platform architectures and transformation methodologies.
- Experience in evaluating and selecting technology platforms based on business needs and cost considerations.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets that drive business value.
