We are looking for an Employee Relations & Policies Associate Manager to deliver all employee and labor relations. The main functions are:

Lead and manage Employee & Labor Relations policies, ensuring compliance with Portuguese labor law and global standards
Act as the escalation point for complex employee relations matters, providing expert guidance to HR, Legal, and business stakeholders
Drive end-to-end disciplinary processes, ensuring consistency, fairness, and legal compliance
Manage relationships with unions and employee representative bodies, including negotiations and ongoing engagement
Conduct investigations (including Business Ethics Line cases) and support audits and compliance initiatives
Develop, review, and implement HR policies aligned with evolving legislation and business needs, leveraging tools such as Workday and SharePoint for case management and reporting

Degree in Labor Sciences, Law, or Labor Relations
+8 years of experience in Employee Relations / Labor Relations
Strong knowledge of Portuguese labor legislation
Proven experience with:
- Disciplinary processes
- Union relations and negotiations
- Policy development and compliance
Fluent in Portuguese and English
