Responsibilities
~1 min read- Manage end‑to‑end Employee related matters, including performance concerns, misconduct, grievances, disciplinary and exit-related matters.
- Conduct or support workplace investigations in collaboration with Corporate Investigations and GCCM Teams, ensuring procedural fairness and policy adherence.
- Assess risk, recommend outcomes and document conversations and decisions with a clear, fact‑based and legally sound rationale.
- Act as an escalation point for complex or high‑impact employee matters.
- Interpret, apply, and govern Accenture’s global policies and local country supplements in line with applicable labor laws.
- Identify policy gaps or risks arising from business changes or regulatory developments and support policy enhancements.
- Ensure consistent application of policies across cases, minimizing precedent and compliance risk.
- Provide advisory support to Business Leaders and HR Partners on employee conduct, performance management and risk mitigation.
- Partner with HR, SEC and other compliance teams to ensure effective prioritization and resolution of employee queries and concerns.
- Support review of Business Ethics Line matters and sensitive complaints in line with COBE principles.
- Coordinate with Security, ASOC, Workplace and Legal on matters involving data privacy, information security, or regulatory exposure.
- Prepare case summaries, leadership notes, and legal submissions with precision and neutrality.
- Analyze ER trends, root causes, and recurring themes to inform preventive interventions and leadership insights.
- Contribute to ER capability building through playbooks, knowledge assets, training, and process improvements.
- Leverage data, dashboards, and presentations to support leadership decision‑making.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations, labor laws, and policy interpretation
- Sound judgment and ability to manage ambiguity and sensitive situations
- High standard of written communication and documentation rigor
- Stakeholder management at leadership level
- Investigative mindset with attention to detail and evidence‑based reasoning
- Program management and analytical skills (preferred)
Requirements
~1 min read- MBA in HR / Business Management or Law graduate with interest in Labor & Employment Relations
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in Employee Relations, HR Compliance, or Labor Relations
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Experience working in a matrixed, large‑scale organization preferred
