As an A/V Operations professional, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing the infrastructure that keeps critical A/V systems running smoothly in all offices. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team in this critical capacity.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include collaboration with team members and stakeholders and problem-solving, to address challenges in real-time, requiring a personable approach and strong communication skills. Your ability to adapt to dynamic environments and provide flexibility in your work will be key to your success in this role.

Assist A/V users with connecting to and using A/V systems
Troubleshooting A/V issues, diagnosing problems, and implementing solutions to maintain uptime and performance
Move and installing A/V equipment between rooms, ensuring all connections are present and working properly
Work with vendors during installations and service calls.

Requirements

1+ years Experience using and supporting Microsoft Teams
1+ years Experience supporting Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR)
1+ years Experience supporting Crestron, QSC, Extron, Biamp, and Shure hardware
Must be a US Citizen.

Nice to Have

Experience with other video conference applications such as Zoom, Google Meets, etc.
Experience using ServiceNow
Eagerness to learn new A/V technologies, tools and methodologies
Experience with networking technologies is a plus

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
