What would you do? We are looking for an FP&A Analyst who will form part of the FP&A team and is a skilled finance professional responsible for delivering high-quality FP&A outputs and insight-led financial analysis to support business decision making. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) involves budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing a companys financial performance. It helps in making informed business decisions by evaluating financial data, identifying trends, and providing insights. What are we looking for? MUST HAVE SKILLS: • Strong analytical capability with the ability to interpret large datasets • Ability to build and maintain financial models and forecasts • High attention to detail and quality standards • Strong experience in use of Microsoft tools for reporting or analysis • Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, concise messaging • Strong written communication skills suitable for remote stakeholder engagement • Understanding of key business drivers and how they translate into financial performance GOOD TO HAVE SKILLS: • Ability to operate independently with clear prioritization • Strong time management across time zones • Proactive problem-solving mindset • Continuous improvement orientation
Roles and Responsibilities: • Produce agreed standard FP&A output (reporting, forecasts, plans) to time and quality standards • Translate operational data into financial insight to support performance discussions • Build effective working relationships with UK stakeholders despite remote setup Insight & Analysis • Gain an understanding of the business area to help to improve insight and analysis • Support UK Finance Business Partners with insight, analysis, and modelling • Deliver high-quality ad hoc analysis translating complex data into clear, actionable insights • Identify key drivers of performance including revenue, cost, margin, and operational metrics • Provide clear commentary and recommendations to support business decision making • Support deep-dive analysis into performance trends, risks, and opportunities • Identify and implement improvements in processes, reporting, and analytical approaches through use of Microsoft or other tools available • Drive automation and standardization to improve efficiency and scalability • Contribute to building repeatable, high-quality analytical outputs
