GenAI/Agentic Engineer

We are seeking a highly qualified professional to join our team as a GenAI / Agentic Engineer. As an essential part of our team, you will be responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and continuously improving Generative AI agents for Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and business process use cases. We are looking for a hands-on professional with strong expertise in Python, agentic frameworks, prompt engineering, LLM APIs, RAG, and enterprise integrations.

• Professional experience developing solutions with Python
• Strong software engineering practices, including clean code, modular design, testing, and version control
• Hands-on experience with agent development frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or equivalent
• Experience integrating LLM APIs, including Azure OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, or equivalent services
• Practical knowledge of RAG concepts, including chunking, embeddings, semantic search, hybrid search, and vector indexing
• Experience integrating REST APIs and enterprise systems such as Git, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and context management for Generative AI applications
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD practices using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools
• Ability to develop prototypes independently and evolve them into production-ready solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, product teams, and business stakeholders
• Fluency in Portuguese and English B1

• →Develop AI agents according to the designs, technical standards, and interface contracts defined by the Agentic Architect
• →Build and optimize system prompts, few-shot examples, tool instructions, and agent reasoning workflows
• →Integrate agents with external tools and APIs through tool use and function calling
• →Implement short-term and long-term memory mechanisms and manage session context
• →Build automated agent evaluations using golden datasets, regression tests, and LLM-as-a-judge techniques
• →Develop supporting backend components, including REST or SOAP endpoints, Azure Functions, and event processors
• →Integrate agents with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and enterprise applications
• →Implement RAG ingestion pipelines covering chunking, embeddings, indexing, and retrieval
• →Collaborate with Backend and Integration Engineers to define and consume secure API contracts
• →Perform functional, integration, security, and regression testing for AI agents
• →Participate in quality gates, including code reviews, output validation, and security analysis
• →Deploy agents through CI/CD pipelines and monitor their behavior in production
• →Document agent inputs, outputs, dependencies, limitations, escalation strategies, and operational requirements

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, or Azure Functions
• Knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and tool integration standards
