→Ability to visualize and document As-Is / To-Be processes using tools like Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or Draw.io
→Proficiency in Agile & Scrum delivery methodologies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
→Experience in data visualization and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
→Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in network operations, predictive maintenance, and automation
→Exposure to data lake architectures, data pipeline design, and integration across telemetry and OSS/BSS systems

Client-facing experience in a global consulting or service delivery environment is mandatory.
Cross-cultural competence with ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Certifications such as ITIL, eTOM, SID, TAM, CBAP are preferred.
Experience in authoring consulting assets or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
