GN - SC&E - S&P - I&F - Solution Architect – Associate Manager

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead the design of scalable, secure, and cost-effective solutions across cloud and enterprise systems. Acting as the bridge between business objectives and engineering execution, you will translate requirements into robust architecture blueprints, define technical standards, and guide delivery teams from design through production. This role combines strategic technical leadership with hands-on depth; you will make high-impact technology decisions, champion best practices, and ensure solutions meet demanding non-functional requirements around performance, security, resilience, and cost.

• →Define end-to-end solution architectures that align with business goals, enterprise standards, and long-term technology strategy.
• →Translate business and functional requirements into clear technical designs, high-level and low-level design documents, and architecture blueprints.
• →Evaluate, recommend, and select technologies, frameworks, and platforms, including build-vs-buy and cloud-provider decisions.
• →Design cloud-native, microservices, event-driven, and API-first architectures for scalability and maintainability.
• →Define and govern non-functional requirements - scalability, performance, availability, security, resilience, and cost optimization.
• →Lead architecture and design reviews, establish coding and design standards, and drive technical governance across teams.
• →Partner with product managers, business stakeholders, security, and infrastructure teams; present architecture and trade-offs to senior leadership and clients.
• →Provide hands-on technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, unblocking complex engineering challenges.
• →Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes to validate architectural approaches and de-risk delivery.
• →Embed security and compliance by design across the solution lifecycle.
• →Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code adoption to improve delivery speed and quality.
• →Operate within Agile/Scrum delivery models, contributing to estimation, roadmap planning, and iterative delivery.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 7+ years in software engineering, including proven experience in a solution, technical, or application architect capacity.
• Demonstrated track record designing and delivering large-scale, distributed, production systems.
• Deep, hands-on expertise with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong command of microservices, API design, and enterprise integration patterns.
• A solid engineering foundation with hands-on coding experience in one or more major languages (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Node.js).
• Strong understanding of application/data security, DevOps practices, and system integration.
• Demonstrated experience delivering solutions in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in Data Engineering - designing data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, streaming, and big-data platforms (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Recognized architecture certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, TOGAF).
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms such as SAP, Salesforce, or similar.
• Experience with event-driven and streaming architectures at scale.
• Domain experience in analytics, data-intensive, or large enterprise product environments.
• Pre-sales or consulting exposure, including solution shaping and effort estimation.

• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven, API-first, domain-driven design, integration patterns, EA frameworks (e.g., TOGAF)
• Cloud: AWS / Azure / GCP, serverless, containers (Kubernetes), Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Development: Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js; REST, GraphQL, gRPC
• Data & Messaging: SQL & NoSQL, data modelling, caching, messaging/streaming (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Security: IAM, OAuth 2.0 / OIDC, encryption, zero-trust and secure-by-design principles
• DevOps & Modelling: CI/CD, observability, SRE practices; UML and C4 architecture modelling
