By being part of this team, you will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, in a hybrid setup at our Bucharest office.
Significant client and vendor interaction in the benefits space;
Maintaining vendor contact to resolve issues and ensure correct data flow;
Responsibilities include incident management, investigating issues when data does not flow correctly between systems;
Working with tickets, monthly and quarterly reporting, and tasks tracked on a separate worksheet;
Manage expectations and provide support to client employees by understanding and translating complex HR-related issues into actionable requests for internal and partner teams;
Execute and monitor HR processes, ensuring correct application of process steps and troubleshooting issues when deviations occur;
Apply pragmatic problem-solving and judgment to handle cases in situations where detailed SOPs are not available, using general frameworks, client policies, and applicable legislation;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of employee requests and alignment with HR service standards;
General escalation management (investigate from employees' request) analyze request and see if issues is for 1 employee or it applies for more;
Specialized Trusted advisers (Triaging pension requests, contributions, detective work needed, interpret requirements, connecting dots).

Strong customer support background paired with operational mindset and process understanding;
External vendor management;
Operational excellence & Innovation mindset and experience;
Process mapping, documentation and escalation management.
