By being part of this team, you will work from Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00, in a hybrid way from Bucharest/ Brasov.

*We are primarily looking for candidates based in and willing to work from Bucharest or Brasov, while remaining open to a remote setup for candidates whose professional experience and language level are a match to role requirements.

• Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, personal and job data changes or leave of absence;

• Collect information from other departments or notify other departments of information relevant to their processes;

• Some roles may require a voice/contact center component to answer questions from employees related to HR requests;

• Collect, verify, organize or update company personnel records and documentation;

• Provide administrative support to employees, responding to inquiries via chat and ticketing systems (ServiceNow);

• Create HR documents such as reference letters;

• Work with other internal or client teams to execute HR processes;

• Capture new knowledge in the internal database and update process documentation as needed.

• You have B2 German & English language skills;

• Bachelor’s degree/ High school degree;

• At least 1 year of experience in HR Administration or related activities;

• Negotiation skills;

• You communicate easily;

• You are a team-player;

• You can solve urgent matters.
