We partner with our clients to:

  • Shape and deliver the future of HR, redesigning HR strategies, operating models, capabilities, processes and employee experiences.
  • Harness technology, data and AI to create more intelligent, efficient and insight-led HR organisations.
  • Design future-ready organisations and workforces, including organisation structures, skills, roles and workforce strategies.
  • Transform how work gets done, helping organisations respond to changing business models, technology and workforce expectations.
  • Embed sustainable organisational change across complex business and technology transformations.

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

 

  • Defining change management solutions for transformational change projects, including planning across project life cycles from change impact assessments to change measurement and business readiness,
  • Creating Communication strategies and plans, driving leadership engagement and advocacy, and leading communications and storytelling,
  • Driving Cultural and Behavioural change, backed by behavioural and data science,
  • Supporting the growth of the T&O consulting practice through innovation, capability growth, thought leadership, and market eminence,
  • Strong consulting acumen demonstrated through excellent communication, facilitation and data analysis skills to influence others,
  • Understanding, and experience of end-to-end technology implementation programme lifecycle, from design through to hypercare,
  • Stakeholder Management skills, to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.

  • Experience delivering projects underpinned by technology would be a bonus,
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including a proven track record to collaborate and facilitate client meetings and workshops,
  • Experience in program and project management,
  • Experience in leading teams is an advantage,
  • Certifications in change management or HR are a plus.

Bonus points if:

  • You’ve got at least 3 years’ experience in 3 or more of the following areas: Change Management, Agile Change, Learning & Talent Development, Learning organisational design, Talent Strategy, Future Workforce, HR Transformation & Organisation/ Op. Model design.
