Extensive experience in IAM / security architecture
Proven delivery of IGA solutions in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with tools (SailPoint, Saviynt, Omada, One Identity, Okta)
Strong knowledge of access control, SSO, MFA, and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP)
Experience with cloud identity platforms (Azure AD / Entra ID, AWS IAM)

Certifications (CISSP, CISM, TOGAF) or advanced degree
Experience with PAM solutions
Exposure to regulations (GDPR, SOX, HIPAA)
