- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and processes to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist in monitoring system performance and proactively identify potential areas of improvement.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills related to infrastructure, operating systems, and network environments.
- Experience in managing and supporting communication platforms and collaboration tools.
- Ability to work with monitoring tools to detect and resolve service disruptions promptly.
- Familiarity with incident management processes and service desk operations.
- Effective communication skills to interact with users and technical teams clearly and professionally.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communication and Collaboration Operations.
