Summary:
As an Infrastructure Monitoring Practitioner, a typical day involves overseeing the continuous observation of system-generated events as well as manually identified occurrences within the infrastructure environment. This role requires attentiveness to various event signals, ensuring timely recognition and appropriate handling of incidents. The practitioner collaborates with different teams to maintain the integrity and performance of the infrastructure by monitoring alerts and responding to emerging situations. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying potential issues and supporting operational stability through diligent event tracking and coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize monitoring processes and improve event detection accuracy.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and training within the team to enhance overall monitoring capabilities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure monitoring principles and best practices.
- Experience with event management tools and techniques for both automated and manual event identification.
- Ability to analyze and interpret monitoring data to support decision-making and incident resolution.
- Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to address infrastructure issues effectively.
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies related to service management frameworks.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Service Management Framework Design and Implementation.
- This position is based at our DDC5E - SEZ location.
