Governance and compliance reviews for Travel & Entertainment (T&E) expenses;
Ensure adherence to company policies across multiple countries in the SEE region;
Compliance, controls, and audit-focused role rather than traditional RTR transactional activities;
Perform T&E compliance and policy adherence checks;
Identify control gaps, policy breaches, and potential risks;
Support governance, audit, and internal control activities;
Analyze expense data and compliance trends;
Partner with Finance, Compliance, and business stakeholders across the region;
Contribute to process and control improvements.

5-7 years of experience in Finance (e.g. Financial Analyst, R2R, FP&A or similar roles);
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
Fluent in English (B2-C1);
Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, etc.);
Solid knowledge of accounting and financial systems (e.g. SAP, BPC);
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams;
Excellent analytical skills and ability to handle large volumes of data accurately;
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Advanced SAP BPC knowledge.
