Summary:
As a Large Language Model Developer, a typical day involves refining and adapting advanced language models to better suit specific domains and instructions. This role focuses on enhancing the model's ability to understand and generate contextually relevant responses by carefully adjusting its parameters and training data. The work requires continuous evaluation of model outputs, collaboration with team members to align on project goals, and iterative experimentation to improve overall performance and applicability in targeted areas.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into broader applications.
- Document model development processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering.
- Strong understanding of natural language processing techniques and model fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with data preprocessing and domain adaptation methods to enhance model accuracy.
- Ability to analyze model performance metrics and implement improvements based on findings.
- Familiarity with programming languages commonly used in model development such as Python.
- Capability to work with large datasets and manage computational resources efficiently.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
